Delivery Charges for Europe and America.
For details of delivery charges and schedules to any location worldwide please contact us. Deliveries to Europe and America can normally be made within 12 working days depending on the method of delivery selected. Some items, larger heavy glass in particular can be expensive.

Postal Delivery Charges for UK addresses only:

All items sent First Class, either recorded or special delivery if royal mail is used, a signature will be required.

Items over 1Kg may be posted Special Delivery Next Day or by courier.

For heavy or bulky items, we may need to apply a surcharge and will contact you on receipt of your order where applicable.

Please also be aware when ordering from outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and custons clearance, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional such fees must be bourne by you the customer, we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be, if applied.

2.With the exception of the Murano Jewellery, All of our items have age and history and there will be signs of time and use to be found, they have been loved and cherished and in some cases, personalised. This is the nature and the joy! of vintage, antique and collectables. We have described them as thoroughly and as accuratley as possible. If you require more information contact us.
If your preferance is for *NEW* items in pristine condition then our pieces will probably not be for you. The Murano Jewellery is new and is Guaranted Venetian.

ThePocketMoneyShop.co.uk will supply the goods you have ordered subject to availability. If any item is out of stock, i.e. sold or withdrawn. We will contact you and give you the option to agree to wait or to remove the item from your order.

We can also despatch goods that are in stock and send the outstanding balance at a later date. If you choose the latter option you will incur an additional delivery charge in accordance with our schedule detailed below.

If we fail to deliver any product ordered we will refund any payment made for those items. We will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer, as a result of our inability to supply or for the actions or failure of any third party to carry out there contractural obligations.

We undertake to deliver the goods within 7 working days to any address in the UK at our standard delivery charges. Delivery is normally undertaken by Royal Mail/Parcel Force or by an independent courier in all cases a signature will be required as proof of delivery. In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery a card will be left and the package/parcel returned to the depot for collection by the recipient.

Faulty Goods.

All products are thoroughly checked by our staff on receipt, and prior to delivery to ensure they are as described. All our products are used items that have been loved and cherished and in some cases, personalised. We have described them as thoroughly and as acuratley as possible. If you require more information contact us. If you require *NEW* please do not purchase.

If on receipt of you order you find that damage has occurred to any of the contents you must contact us within seven(7) working days from the date of receipt to notify us of the details. Goods returned to us will be inspected and authorised for a replacement or for a full refund including return postage costs.

Returns.

Returns (Notification within seven (7) working days of receipt). If you wish to return a product as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations you should contact us within seven (7) working days by e mail, or in writing. To obtain a full product refund any stock returned to us must be unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Return postage costs are not refundable unless goods are being returned as faulty or as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations.

Returns (Notification within thirty (30) working days of receipt.

If you wish to return a product after seven (7) days but within thirty (30) days of receipt you should contact us by e-mail, or in writing. We do not give refunds for goods notified to us after seven (7) days but we will issue a credit note valid for one year. To obtain a credit note any stock returned to us must be unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging. Return costs are not refundable unless goods are being returned as faulty or as a result of our failure to fulfil our contractual obligations.

Goods Received and/or Returned Once received and signed for the goods become the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received and signed for at our premises. We recomend that goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service or a courier. PLEASE NOTE THAT NONE OF THE ABOVE STATEMENTS AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
